About Denise
I’m an Intentional Creativity® teacher and guide with a background in social work, and I believe creativity is something we all carry .... even if it doesn’t always feel that way.
Through Deep Soul Creative Art, I walk alongside women as they explore creativity as a way to go within, listen more deeply, and begin to trust what they discover. This work isn’t about making something that looks “good” or getting it right. You create at your own pace, without judgment or expectation of artistic skill.
The creative process itself becomes the teacher, a way to slow down, breathe, and use inquiry, intention, and imagination to notice what’s ready to be seen, felt, and expressed. My role isn’t to give answers — those already live within you. I simply create a supportive space where your inner wisdom can surface, in its own time and in its own way.
